Olympiad 2012
Drawing and Painting Competition:
All registered participants with I-Cards to assemble at 9.30 am sharp on 28th January, 2012 at the designated event venue. No late comers will be allowed.
Instructions and drawing paper will given from 9.30 am to 9.45 am.
The Competition starts at 10.00 and ends at 11.00 am sharp.
The Competition time is 45 minutes with a maximum grace period of 15 minutes. In any case, the total competition will not be
extended beyond one hour from the start time.
All participants to bring their own material ie.crayons, water colours and brush. ( No oil paint will be allowed )
Special Drawing paper, pencil and rubber will be provided by KSG at the Venue.
The Topic for Drawing & Painting Competition would be given at the Venue at 9.30 am on the day of the event ie. 28th January, 2012.
The three member panel of Judges will be appointed and their Judgement will be final.
Prize for the first three winners will be given on the same day evening program.
Art/Craft Competition:
All registered participants with I-Cards to assemble latest by 11.00 am sharp on 28th January, 2012 at the designated event venue. No late comers will be allowed.
Instructions to all participants will given from 11.15am to 11.30 am.
The Competition starts at 11.30 sharp and ends at 12.30 am sharp.
The Competition time is 45 minutes with a maximum grace period of 15 minutes. In any case, the total competition will not be extended beyond one hour from the start time.
All participants to bring their own craft and decoration material. KSG will not be responsible to provide any craft or decorative material.
No participant will be allowed to bring any ready-made material from home.
The Topic for Art & Craft Competition would be given at the Venue on 26th January, 2012 i.e. two days before the event so that the participants can prepare themselves and make necessary arrangements for the competition.
The three member panel of Judges will be appointed and their Judgement will be final.

Quiz Instructions to all participants will given from 9.45am to 10.00 am.
The Elimination round for all three quizes (Maths,Science and General Knowledge) starts at 10.15 sharp and ends at 10.45 am sharp.
No participant will be allowed to use calculator, mobile phones etc. Paper and pen will be provided to the participants.
The names of participants qualifying in the elimination round will be announced at 12.00 am.These participants will be required to assemble as per the following schedule for the Final round of quiz
Prizes for the winners will be given on the same day evening program.
